Returns & Refunds
Here is how returns and refunds work at MIYEGO.
30-night sleep guarantee
You can sleep with the mask for up to 30 nights from the day you receive it. If you don't sleep better, return it within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you.
The guarantee applies to one mask per customer. It supplements, and does not replace, your statutory consumer rights.
How to return
- Contact us. Email info@miyego.lt within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Follow the instructions. We will send you the return address and everything you need.
- Send the item back. You pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount to the same payment method within 5-7 working days. The refund covers the price of the product; the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us as soon as possible at info@miyego.lt with your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.
